Sponsor agrees that within a reasonable time but in any event prior to <br />final payment under this Agreement that it will remove or cause to be <br />removed any growth, structure, or other object within the runway approaches <br />at the ends of Runway 12-30 which would be a hazard to the landing, <br />taking-off, or maneuvering of aircraft at the airport. The airport approach <br />standards to be followed in performing the covenants contained in this <br />paragraph shall be those established by the Administrator in Part 77 of <br />the Federal Aviation Regulations unless otherwise authorized by the <br />Administrator. Such standards applicable have been determined to be <br />clearing of the approach to runway 12 to a 50:1 obstruction clearance <br />slope and clearing of the approach to Runway 30 to a 34:1 obstruction <br />clearance slope. <br />17. It is understood and agreed that the Sponsor will operate all airfield <br />lighting installed under this project from dusk to dawn each night of the <br />year, or in accordance with a schedule of operation approved by the <br />Administrator. <br />18. It is understood and agreed that Page 4 of the Application for Federal <br />Assistance dated September 11, 1981, and attached hereto, is hereby <br />deleted, and the Page 4 marked "Revised 9-24-81" attached to this Agreement <br />is hereby substituted therefor. <br /> <br />FAA Form 5100-37 Page 5 (8-81)
