73 <br />Regular Meeting <br />unanimously. <br />October 29, 1981 <br />Page 6 <br />Ronnie Dannelley continued the Block Grant Year V projects. Project <br />#69-18, Barbara Drive Drainage, is a drainage study, with basic en- <br />gineering work being done by Kelley Kilber. He needs to obtain an <br />aerial topography in mid-November and will have his recommendations <br />prepared for Council's consideration in approximately sixty days. <br />The total amount of the project is $78,175.00, with $65,275.00 re- <br />maining. Project #69-20, Redwood Road Sewer/Water Line was funded <br />in the amount of $45,000.00 with $44,076.00 remaining for the pro- <br />ject. Bid opening for this project will be November 5, 1981. Pro- <br />ject #69-21, Sidewalks Victory Garden Phase I has available $27,770.00 <br />and will go out for bids soon. <br />Small Cities Year III, #80-12, Victory Gardens Phase III was funded <br />for $354,000.00 with $276,891.00 remaining, and the project should <br />be completed by December 31, 1981. <br />No action was taken by the Council on the Barbara Drive Drainage Pro- <br />ject, as no action was required at this time. <br />Mr. James moved that the Council adjourn for an Executive Session pur- <br />suant to Article 6252-17, V.A.C.S., 52(f) to discuss land acquisition <br />and Mr. Brown seconded the motion, which passed unanimously (9:22 p.m.). <br />Mr. James moved the Council convene at 9:32 p.m. and Mr. Kreczmer <br />seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br />The meeting adjourned at 9:36 p.m. on motion of Mrs. Norris and se- <br />conded by Mrs. Mendez. <br />LJ14)' F4^? <br /> <br />Karl W. - <br />Brown <br />Coun it Membe <br /> <br />Berry R Jame <br />Council Member <br />2", 4-V <br />Elida A.
