SECTION 2. That the consideration of Thirty Two Thousand, <br />Four Hundred Forty Nine Dollars ($32,449.00) for said property <br />be, and the same is hereby, approved. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. That the purchaser is hereby placed on notice <br />that the subject property is subject to assessment under the <br />provisions of Article 1105b, Texas Revised Civil Statutes. <br />SECTION 4. That the mayor of the City of San Marcos, Texas, <br />Emmie Craddock be, and she is hereby, authorized to execute a <br />warranty deed to Reed and Company from the City of San Marcos, <br />for said property. <br />SECTION 5. That the importance of this ordinance creates <br />an emergency and an imperative purpose necessary that the pro- <br />visions of the charter requiring that ordinances shall be read <br />on three separate meetings and that no ordinance shall become <br />effective until the expiration of ten (10) days following the <br />date of its final passage be suspended, and these provisions <br />are hereby suspended, and this Ordinance shall take effect <br />and be in full force and effect from and after its adoption <br />and publication in a newspaper of general circulation within <br />the City. <br />PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 29thday of October , <br />1981. <br />F <br />Attest: <br />Janis K.
