<br />85.00 feet passing an iron stake found at the South-
<br />west corner of the said Finch and Donnelley 0.018
<br />acre tract, the Northwest corner of that 0.28 acre
<br />tract of land described as Tract 1, by the said Finch
<br />and Donnelley deed recorded in Volume 335, Page 25,
<br />Hays County Deed Records, and continuing on, in all,
<br />160.00 feet to an iron stake found at the Southwest
<br />corner of the said Finch and Donnelley 0.28 acre tract,
<br />for a corner of the tract herein described, same being
<br />the Northwest corner of that 0.51 acre tract of land
<br />conveyed to James M. Harrison et al, by the City of
<br />San Marcos, by deed dated August 23, 1978, and recorded
<br />in Volume 314, Page 855, Hays County Deed Records,
<br />and being the Northeast corner of that 0.32 acre tract
<br />of land conveyed' to St. John's Federal Credit Union of
<br />Hays County, Texas by the City of San Marcos, by deed
<br />dated November 1, 1978, and recorded in Volume 325,
<br />Page 511, Hays County Deed Records;
<br />THENCE, leaving the said Finch and Donnelley 0.28 acre
<br />tract and the said Harrison 0.51 acre tract, with the
<br />North line of the,said St. John's Federal Credit Union
<br />0.32 acre tract, S 80° 42' W, 100.00 feet to the North-
<br />west corner of the said St. John's Federal Credit Union
<br />0.32 acre tract, for a re-entrant corner of the tract
<br />herein described;
