105 <br />Regular Meeting <br />November 23, 1981 <br />AYE: Brown, Kreczmer, Mendez and Norris. <br />NAY: James. <br />ABSTAIN: None. <br />Page 7 <br />Mr. James introduced for consideration approval for a colored photo- <br />graph to be used on the cover of the San Marcos Master Plan. After <br />some discussion Mrs. Norris moved that a black and white photograph <br />be used on the cover and Mrs. Mendez seconded the motion, which <br />passed unanimously. <br />Mr. James introduced for consideration approval of two nominations <br />of the City Council for the Board of Review of the Hays County Ap- <br />praisal District, Pete Rodriguez and Bill West. Mr. Brown moved <br />that these two names be submitted to the Hays County Appraisal Dis- <br />trict for consideration for the Board of Review and Mrs. Norris se- <br />conded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br />1 <br /> <br />Mr. James introduced for consideration an Ordinance on emergency <br />amending Section 29-123 of the Code of ordinances to add additional <br />No Parking places, the caption which was read as follows: <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING SECTION 29-123 OF THE CODE <br />OF ORDINANCES OF SAID CITY TO ADD THREE LOCATIONS <br />WITHIN SAID CITY AT WHICH PARKING SHALL BE PROHIBITED <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />Mrs. Norris moved for the adoption of the Ordinance on emergency and <br />Mr. Kreczmer seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br />The meeting adjourned at 9:05 p.m. on motion of Mr. James and second- <br />ed by Mrs. Norris. <br />?, i ? iLl%-ZJw <br />Karl W.
