<br />Veramendi League No. 2, Hays County, Texas, being a portion of Lot
<br />8 of the Shadrach Dixon Subdivision of record in Volume E, Page
<br />349, Hays County Deed Records, and being more particularly described
<br />by metes and bounds as follows, to-wit:
<br />BEGINNING at the intersection of the Northeast line of the said Lot
<br />8, with the Southeast line of the Missouri-Pacific Railroad, for the
<br />North corner of the tract herein described, and from which an iron
<br />stake at the East corner of the said Lot 8, bears S. 451 01' E.,
<br />1712.76 feet (RECORD);
<br />THENCE, leaving the said Missouri-Pacific Railraod, with the North-
<br />east line of the said Lot 8, S. 45° 01' E., 753.44 feet to the East
<br />corner of the tract herein described, same bieng at the intersection
<br />of the Northeast line of the said Lot 8, with the projection of the
<br />Northwest line of Mill Street, an 80-foot wide street, conveyed to
<br />the City of San Marcos by deed dated May 26, 1955, and recorded in
<br />Volume 166, Page 18, Hays County Deed Records;
<br />THENCE, with the said projection of the Northwest line of the said
<br />Mill Street, S. 45° 06' W., 1114.39 feet to the South corner of the
<br />tract herein described;
<br />THENCE, leaving the said projection of the Northwest line of the
<br />said Mill Street, with a line 200.00 feet Northeast of and parallel
<br />to the Southwest line of the said Lot 8, N. 441 55' W., 757.40 feet
<br />to the aforementioned Southeast line of the said Missouri-Pacific
<br />Railroad, for the West corner of the tract herein described;
<br />THENCE, with the Southeast line of the said
<br />N. 45° 18' E., 1113.08 feet to the POINT OF
<br />19.32 acres of land, more or less; field no
<br />1981 from Public Records by Richard Taylor,
<br />Group, Registered Public Surveyor #3986, to
<br />Industrial District).
