Womack <br />Barbara Edwards <br />Jack Major <br />James Burwell <br />Joe Garza <br />Also Present: Mrs. James Burwell, Mrs. Jack Major, Roger Jenkins, Ted <br />Harris, Fred March, Shirley Wickersham, Nina Pryatel, Bill Pryatel, <br />Jane Wilson, Frances Emery, Aart Millecam, George Brooks, Ralph Gon- <br />zales, Rick Roberts, Hennelore Brotze, Terry Lighthouse, Russell Strandt- <br />mann, Harvey Ginsburg, Rick Hernandez, Jerry Martin, Jeff Watkins, <br />Gregg Echols, Chris Bishop, Ollie Giles, Brenda Smith, Chester Witte, <br />John Morrisset, Stanley Stiemann, Joe Cox, Dinah Elwell, Ray Harper <br />and others. <br />Mayor Craddock called the meeting to order at 8:03 p.m. <br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of the minutes <br />of the Special Meeting held November 23, 1981. Mr. James moved to <br />approve the minutes and Mr. Brown seconded the motion. On roll call <br />the following vote was recorded: * <br />AYE: Brown, James, Craddock, Mendez and Norris. <br />NAY: None. <br />ABSTAIN: Cavazos. <br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of the minutes <br />of the Regular Meeting held November 23, 1981. Mrs. Norris moved to <br />approve the minutes and Mr. Brown seconded the motion, which passed <br />unanimously.** <br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration appointments to the Tour- <br />ist Development Committee (Chamber of Commerce). Mrs. Norris moved <br />to reappoint John Bryant and to appoint Elida A. Mendez to the Tour- <br />ist Development Committee and Mr. James seconded the motion. On roll <br />call the following vote was recorded: <br />AYE: Brown, Cavazos, James, Craddock, Kreczmer and Norris. <br />NAY: None. <br />ABSTAIN: Mendez. <br />Mayor Craddock then presented proclamations to Jack Major and James <br />Burwell, who are retiring after many years of employment with the <br />City. <br />* Mr. Kreczmer was not present for voting. <br />** Mr. Kreczmer was present for voting on this item.
