-2-
safety zone. As such, Tract A will be sodded and/or sprigged
by Lessee with a low-growing, turf-type grass. A turf, once
established, will be maintained by Lessee during the entire
duration of this lease agreement. Hay may be made on Tract
A, with the restriction that the Lessee agrees to keep mowed
an area 25 feet wide along the entire edge of runway 12-30 and
taxiway C, and any other runway or taxiway that may become
lighted, so that all runway and taxiway lights are kept clearly
visable at all times. Lessee agrees to take sufficient care,
so as to prevent damage to runway and taxiway lights due to
mowing or other agricultural activities. Lessee agrees to reimburse
the Lessor for repair or replacement of any runway and taxiway
lights that may be damaged as a result of mowing or agricultural
activities.
TRACT B. There are three (3) fields in Tract B, two are
triangular shaped and the other is a pentagon. Turf-type grasses
are preferable in Tract B, especially in the triangularly shaped
fields, but other crops may be grown in this Tract provided the
Lessee first establishes and agrees to maintain turfed areas 80
feet in diameter around each of the drains within or adjacent to
the field in which non-turf cropping is carried out, so as to
prevent the silting of these drains. Crops in Tract B must not
obscure inter-runway vision in any way and must not exceed a
maximum of five (5) feet in height.
TRACT C. Tract C may be used for the growing of field crops
(row crops, broadcast or drilled crops) or for the grazing of live-
stock at the option of the Lessee. However, before livestock are
introduced onto the premiee$, and so long as they remain, fencing
capable of containing said livestock must be situated and maintained
to completely enclose the area used for grazing. Lessee assumes all
responsibility for controlling all livestock placed in Tract'C and
agrees to promptly return any livestock which may escape from the
enclosed area. Lessee also assumes any and all liability for damage
