I All activities incidental to or in connection with the use of the property herein leased shall be conducted in a manner so as to introduce no hazard to the landing, takeoff or moving of aircraft or otherwise limiting or interfering with the use of the Airport. The use of the property herein leased shall not in any manner interfere with nor impair the drainage facilities of the Airport. III. ACCESS Lessee further agrees to minimize the use of runway and taxi- way surfaces; i.e., in traveling to and from fields and in crossing these surfaces. Lessee will not turn farm equipment at the end of rows, etc., on paved surfaces. Lessee' agrees to take care that dirt, mud, rocks, etc., are not carried onto these surfaces by any farm equipment and that if such should occur that Lessee will promptly remove same, or cause it to be done, at no expense to the Lessor.
