All equipment should be distinctly <br />marked or lighted so as to be highly visible to aircraft using <br />the airport. <br />V. <br />STRUCTURES <br />No structures of any type (fencing, buildings, etc.) may be <br />located by Lessee upon Tracts A or B. Structures, other than <br />fences, may be placed upon Tract C only after the consent of the <br />Lessor has been obtained. Fencing shall be placed in accordance <br />with the provisions of Part II of this agreement. No structure <br />may be located on any tract (A, B, or C) that would threaten or <br />inhibit the use of the airport for aviation purposes. <br />VI. <br />TERM OF THE LEASE <br />This lease agreement shall commence on January 1, 1982 and <br />continue until September 1, 1982 a term of eight (8) months. <br />VII. <br />RENT <br />The total sum of Seven Thousand Three Hundred Forty One <br />Dollars ($7,341.00) is due and payable upon the first day of the <br />term of this lease. In addition, twenty (20) percent of all <br />gross receipts over $50,000.00 shall be paid to Lessor. <br />VIII. <br />SUB-LEASE OR LEASE TRANSFER <br />It is expressly understood and agreed that the Lessee may <br /> not sublease any part of the demised property nor may he transfer <br /> the lease agreement to another party without the prior consent of <br /> Lessor. Consent to such sublease or transfer will be given by <br /> Lessor only if the third party agree s, in writing, to accept and <br /> abide by all the provisions of this lease. <br />IX. <br />DEFAULT AND/OR RECAPTURE <br />It is understood and agreed that the United States Government
