a. Area I (Las Colinas), being approximately 92 acres located between IH- <br />35 and Old Bastrop Road, approximately one mile south of Posey Road; <br />b. Area 2 (5111 North IH -35), being approximately 15 acres located on the <br />east side of IH -35, approximately one - fourth of a mile south of Posey Road; <br />C. Area 3 (4518 South IH -35), being approximately 0.55 acres located on the <br />west side of IH -35, approximately one - fourth of a mile south of Commercial Loop Road; <br />d. Area 5 (Hunter Road and Centerpoint Road), being approximately 140 <br />acres located east of Hunter Road and north of Centerpoint Road; <br />e. Area 6 (Clovis Barker Road- Uniprop), being approximately 40 acres <br />located on the west side of Clovis Barker Road at its intersection with Civic Center Loop; <br />f. Area 7 (2019 Clovis Barker Road), being approximately 3 acres located on <br />the north side of Clovis Barker Road, approximately 1,000 feet west of State Highway <br />123; <br />g. Area 9 (Barker Tract), being approximately 290 acres located <br />approximately one mile southwest of Wonder World Drive; <br />h. Area 10 (Wonder World and Craddock Avenue), being approximately 202 <br />acres located in the vicinity of Wonder World Drive and Craddock Avenue; <br />i. Area 12 (Steen Road), being approximately 15.2 acres located northeast of <br />Steen Road and west of Oak Ridge Drive; <br />j. Area 14 (124 Spring Road), being approximately 2 acres located on the <br />north side of Spring Road, approximately 500 feet west of Post Road; and <br />k. Area 16 (Harris Hill Road), being approximately 145.6 acres located <br />between IH -35 and Old Bastrop Road on Harris Hill Road, approximately one mile south <br />of Yarrington Road. <br />SECTION 3. The Service Plans for the Annexation Areas, copies of which are attached <br />hereto as Exhibits "B- I" through "B- L1," and incorporated herein for all purposes, are approved. <br />SECTION 4. The corporate limits of the City are extended to include the Annexation <br />Areas. <br />SECTION 5. The inhabitants, if any, of the Annexation Areas are entitled to all the <br />rights and privileges of other citizens of the City, and are bound by the acts, ordinances, <br />resolutions and regulations of the City. <br />
