In addition to preferences listed above, points will be given to respondents
whose RAC participation is verified by OEMS/TS funding eligibility records
and to projects that involve multiple entities. Refer to Appendix B: Evaluation
Packet.
Displayed on the tables below, DSHS has established limits on
reimbursement by means of basic market value. In all cases where matching
funds are required, reimbursement from DSHS will not be more than 50% of
the basic market value or half of the cost of the item, whichever is less. The
tables are not comprehensive. Your proposal may include items not listed
below.
F1. Supplies and equipment $1000 or less
DSHS has set the following limits on reimbursement for supplies and equipment
with a basic market value of $1,000 or less, per item. Items with a basic market
value of $1,000 or less do not require matching funds. This rule does not apply
to electronic media/office equipment, which is addressed in Sections F3 and F4
below.
EXAMPLE: Your project includes purchasing a portable suction unit. The
maximum reimbursement for a portable suction unit is set at $575 (see table
below). You may purchase a portable suction unit with a cost of more than $575,
but DSHS limits reimbursement to $575.
Page 13 RFP# EMS/LPG - 0328.1
