In order to ensure the fiscal <br />integrity of accounting records, the contractor must utilize an <br />accounting system that does not permit overwrite or erasure of <br />transactions posted to the general ledger. <br />3. Electronic Information Access: The respondent must represent and <br />warrants that the technology provided to DSHS is in compliance with <br />the State of Texas accessibility requirements for electronic and <br />information resources as specified in 1 Texas Administrative Code <br />Chapter 213 when such products are available in the commercial <br />marketplace or when such products are developed in response to a <br />procurement solicitation. The respondent must provide DSHS with the <br />URL to its Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) for <br />reviewing compliance with the State of Texas Accessibility <br />requirements (based on the federal standards established under <br />Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act), or indicate the product/service <br />accessibility information is available from the General Services <br />Administration `Buy Accessible Wizard' (BAM. Respondents not listed <br />with the BAW or supplying a URL to their VPAT must provide DSHS a <br />report that addresses the same accessibility criteria in substantively <br />the same format. Contracting with Subcontractors <br />The selected respondent may not enter into contracts with subcontractors. <br />F. DSHS reserves the right to <br />adjust the funding allocation to contractors pursuant to the terms of the <br />contract. <br />H.
