Ken Bell, Emergency Management Coordinator, reported that the new guidance document states • <br />that all schools should re-open immediately. This virus is a minor virus, but is a level six <br />pandemic (this is a geographical term and means it is worldwide). Supplies are available in <br />Texas to treat those greatly impacted, the young, elderly and chronically ill. <br />37. Question and answer session with press and public. <br />There were no questions. <br />38. Adiournment. <br />MOTION: Upon a motion made by Councilmember Jones and a second by Councilmember <br />Terry, the City Council voted seven (7) for and none (0) opposed, to adjourn the regular session <br />of the San Marcos City Council at 10:45 p.m. on Tuesday, May 5, 2009.
