Stewart Dale Spencer, 1201 Thorpe, said he was coming before the Council to voice support for a community space in the Cuauhtemoc neighborhood. In that neighborhood, which is adjacent to Victory Gardens, there is no good community space for neighbors to come together socially. This will also be used for a Family Self-sufficiency Program to help build a sense of community support.
