Consider approval of Ordinance 2015 -38, on the second of two readings, amending <br />Ordinance No. 2013 -48 by increasing drainage charges originally established by said <br />Ordinance for the 2015 -2016 Fiscal Year under authority of Section 86.505 of the San <br />Marcos City Code. <br />A motion was made by Deputy Mayor Pro Tern Scott, seconded by Council <br />Member Thomaides, to approve Ordinance 2015 -38, on the second of two <br />readings. The motion carried by the following vote: <br />For: 6- Mayor Guerrero, Council Member Thomaides, Council Member Thomason, <br />Deputy Mayor Pro Tern Scott, Council Member Prewitt and Council Member <br />Hughson <br />Against: 0 <br />Absent: 1 - Mayor Pro -Tem Prather <br />20. Consider approval of Ordinance 2015 -41, on the first of two readings, setting the rate <br />for Wholesale Water Treatment at the City's Surface Water Treatment Plant at <br />$0.4175 per thousand gallons; and including procedural provisions. <br />A motion was made by Deputy Mayor Pro Tern Scott, seconded by Council <br />Member Prewitt, to approve Ordinance 2015 -41, on the first of two readings. <br />The motion carried by the following vote: <br />For: 6 - Mayor Guerrero, Council Member Thomaides, Council Member Thomason, <br />Deputy Mayor Pro Tern Scott, Council Member Prewitt and Council Member <br />Hughson <br />Against: 0 <br />Absent: 1 - Mayor Pro -Tem Prather <br />21. Consider approval of Resolution 2015 -130R, providing nominations to serve on the <br />Hays Central Appraisal District Board of Directors for a two year term commencing on <br />January 1, 2016; and declaring an effective date. <br />A motion was made by Deputy Mayor Pro Tem Scott, seconded by Council <br />Member Prewitt, that Resolution 2015 -13OR be approved with the nomination <br />of Mr. Shane Scott.
