City Council Meeting Minutes September 15, 2015 <br />Police Chief Chase Stapp provided the Council with a presentation regarding <br />the prohibition of the use of portable devices while operating a motor vehicle. <br />Following discussion the Council provided direction for Staff to bring back an <br />ordinance that will allow the use of portable devices when vehicle is not in <br />motion and a tiered fine structure similar to New Braunfels and Kyle. <br />VI. Question and Answer Session with Press and Public. <br />None. <br />VII.
