provide certificates to the City verifying these coverages at the City's request. <br />5. The Chamber shall not make any changes of a permanent nature to the <br />Tourist Center building, or install or remove any permanent fixtures in or from the <br />Tourist Center building, without the written approval of the City. <br />Center. <br />6. The Chamber shall pay all bills for utility services supplied to the Tourist <br />7. The City may, upon request, provide the Chamber with technology support <br />services subject to available resources and personnel. The City may deduct from payinents <br />due the Chamber each month under paragraph I. B an amount equal to the charges <br />incurred by the Chamber for such technology support services provided by the City during <br />the previous month. <br />A. Monitoring. The CVB Advisory Board will monitor the Chamber's performance <br />under this Contract. The board of directors of the Chamber shall not have any oversight of the <br />CVB's performance of services under this Contract. <br />B. Recommendations. The CVB Advisory Board shall be responsible for developing <br />and making a recommendation to the Chamber Board for approval of the budget for this Contract <br />and for any extension or renewal of this Contract before the Chamber submits the budget to the <br />City Council. The budget shall contain an itemization of proposed expenditures for office <br />space, personnel, equipment, supplies, vehicles, and other expenses to be incurred by the <br />Chamber in perfonning this Contract. <br />C. Expenditure Review. The CVB Board shall monitor expenditures of CVB Funds <br />allocated to the Chamber under this Contract for conformity to the budget. The Chamber shall <br />
