10) Any permits necessary to work within the right of way will be identified by the City <br />and provided to the Consultant. <br />11) Weather and environmental conditions must be conducive to mobile LiDAR <br />collection. <br />12) The acquisition of areas obscured to the mobile LiDAR sensor are not included <br />within the scope of work and will be provided as additional services. <br />C. The Consultant understands that time is of the essence and agrees to provide all design work <br />and professional services in the most expedient and efficient manner possible in order to <br />complete the Project within 90 calendar days of receipt of execution of this Agreement by the <br />City. <br />IV. BASIS OF COMPENSATION <br />A. BASIC SERVICES: <br />The total of all fees and expenses to be paid to the Consultant for the satisfactory <br />performance of Basic Services as described in Section A is a fixed fee of $164, 734.00 which <br />includes labor and expenses as follows: <br />Recover and Set Survey and Mobile Control $ 27,997.00 <br />Acquire, Calibrate and Test Mobile LiDAR Data $ 15,189.00 <br />Extract Mobile LiDAR Data $ 71,005.00 <br />Supplemental Survey $ 23,014.00 <br />SAM -PRO Deliverable $ 4,220.00 <br />QA /QC and Production of Final Deliverables $ 23,321.00 <br />Fixed Fee: $164,734.00 <br />Note: Each additional hard drive copy of the above referenced SAM -PRO deliverable has a cost <br />of $750 per unit. <br />B.
