Mr. Moore stated this property in question is on River Road rather than Riverside Drive. Mr. Hernandez moved to table consideration for a new notice to be published and Mr. Moore seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mayor Morris introduced for consideration a public hearing and adoption of a Zoning Ordinance zoning 72.2 acres of land area, situated in the J. M. Veramendi Survey No.2, Hays County, Texas, , consisting of 12.2 acre, 20.0 acre and 40.0 acre tracts of land, located on the Southeast side of the 700 Block of Riverside Drive, from "PD" (Pre-Development District) to "P" (Public and Institutional District). Mr. Hernandez moved to table consideration for a new notice to be published, as this property is located on River Road rather than Riverside Drive and Mr. Moore seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mayor Morris introduced for consideration a public hearing and approval of an Ordinance on first reading, the caption which was read as follows: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, CHANGING THE NAME FOR LAUREL STREET BETWEEN BLANCO AND HOUSTON STREETS TO HANSEN STREET; PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Mr. Guerra moved for approval of the Ordinance on first reading and Mr. Moore seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.
