These signs will be removed by subsequent permanent <br />monuments as the project progresses. <br />• The square footage (SF) of the signage will be calculated as <br />the smallest rectangle around the lettering comprising the <br />message (logo SF will be calculated separately). <br />• The height will be calculated using the highest elevation of <br />the lettering above grade. The logo may be higher. <br />• The structure supporting the sign will be no taller than zo' <br />along 1 -35• <br />• The height will be measured from the grade on which the sign <br />stands or the adjacent <br />limited to: <br />roadway elevation <br />whichever is higher. <br />• Temporary Signage <br />for premises located along I- <br />35 will be limited to 26o sf <br />(each side if two sided). <br />• Temporary Signage for premises located along Posey <br />and Old Bastrop Roads will be limited to 120 sf (each side if <br />two sided) and 15' height. <br />• Temporary signs for all other premises shall not exceed <br />32 square feet. <br />Potential materials for temporary marketing signs shall be <br />Metal (Aluminum, Corten, Raw Steel, or Stainless Steel) for letter and possible sign <br />background. <br />Wood (limited use, treated, stained or painted and protected from decay) <br />60 <br />
