T R A\C <br />11.4 Neighborhood Signage (N) <br />The symbol indicated as "N" on the Signage <br />Plan represents signage for designated <br />residential portions of Trace. These <br />monuments will serve to announce various <br />sections of Trace. The signs will be similar <br />to "village" signs seen typically in Master <br />Planned Communities. <br />• The signage will be complimentary <br />and sub- servient to the Entry <br />Monumentation. <br />• The height of the lettering will be no <br />greater than 6' above grade /or <br />adjacent road elevation. <br />• The logo will be treated separately, <br />but the SF of both the logo and <br />lettering will not exceed 40 sf (each <br />side if two sided). <br />• The structure height will be limited <br />to 1o'.. <br />• The height will be measured from <br />the grade on which the sign stands <br />or the adjacent roadway elevation <br />whichever is higher. <br />Potential materials shall be limited <br />to: <br />• Stone Masonry <br />• Brick Masonry <br />• Metal (Aluminum, Corten, Raw Steel, or Stainless Steel) for letter and possible sign <br />background. <br />• Wood (limited use, treated, stained or painted and protected from decay) <br />• Stucco <br />• Concrete (Board Formed, Stained) <br />11.5 Parkland Signage (P) <br />The symbol indicated as "P" on the Signage Plan represents signage for designated parkland portions <br />of Trace. These monuments will serve to announce various parklands of Trace. The signs will be similar <br />to "village" signs seen typically in Master Planned Communities. <br />61 <br />
