Mayor Morris called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. Mayor Morris introduced for consideration approval of four appointments to the Airport Commission. Mayor Morris moved to reappoint Stan Ault, reappoint Gerald Hill, appoint John Anderson and appoint Joe Searcy, which passed unanimously (Mr. Plummer present to vote on this item - 7:39 p.m.). Mayor Morris introduced for consideration approval of four appointments to the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board. Mayor Morris moved to reappoint Rose DeLeon, reappoint Tom Allen, appoint Sylvia Newsom, and Mr. Hart moved to appoint Mary Davis, which passed unanimously. Mayor Morris introduced for consideration approval of four appointments to the Senior Citizens Advisory Board. Mayor Morris moved to reappoint Dr. Martin Juel, reappoint Sammie Hardeman, reappoint Veila Cavazos and Mr. Moore moved to appoint Lawrence Stange, which passed unanimously. Mayor Morris introduced for consideration approval of three appointments to the Convention and Visitors Bureau. Mayor Morris moved to reappoint Mayor Pro-Tem Betty Jane Kissler, reappoint Sitha Klipple and reappoint Ann DuPont, which passed unanimously. Mayor Morris introduced for consideration a public hearing and adoption of a Resolution, the caption which was read as follows: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CiTY OF SAN FLARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE MAP OF THE MASTER PLAN OF THE CITY, FROM LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL TO MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL FOR LOTS 4, 5 AND 6, BLOCK 3 AND LOTS 4, 5 AND 6~ BLOCK 6 OF THE BLANCO GARDENS SUBDIVISION TO THE CITY OF SAN FLARCOS, HAYS COUNTY, TEXAS, AS RECORDED IN VOLUME 1, PAGE t OF THE HAYS COUNTY PLAT RECORDS, LOCATED AT 1306, 1307, 1308, 1309, 1310 AND 1311 BARBARA DRIVE AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. * Mr. Plummet present at 7:39 p.m.
