Mr. Gilley <br />recommended the City Council confirm his reappointment of Susanna <br />Martinez. Mr. Moore moved to confirm Mr. Gilley's reappointment of <br />Ms. Martinez and Ms. Kissler seconded the motion, which passed <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />Mayor Morris introduced for consideration approval of three <br />appointments to the Library Board. Ms. Kissler moved to reappoint <br />Bill Mears, reappoint Barbara Caverley and reappoint Mary Gorman, <br />which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Mayor Morris introduced for consideration approval of two <br />appointments to the Planning commission. Mayor Morris moved to <br />reappoint Mike Davis, as the member who is a resident of and owns <br />real property within the ETJ of the city, and appoint John Diaz, as <br />the member who is a resident of either the city or ETJ (Mr. Diaz <br />resides in the ETJ) , which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Mayor Morris introduced for consideration approval of two <br />appointments to the Zoning Commission. Mayor Morris moved to <br />reappoint Aart Millecam and Mr. Moore moved to appoint Alice <br />Lochman, which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />: Mayor Morris introduced for consideration approval of minutes of the <br />Regular Meeting held September 28, 1992, adoption of an Ordinance on <br />:- third and final reading, adoption of four Resolutions, approval of <br />two Change Orders ([1] Change Order No. 27 in the amount of <br />$11,392.00 to the new Police Building and Training Facility for the <br />purpose of remodelng work space for the Radio Technician and [2] <br />Change Order No.7 in the amount of $12,562.50 to the spring Lake <br />Pump Project Contract for actual quantities of materials. <br />incorporated into the project), and approval of a street closure of <br />San Antonio Street from LBJ to Guadalupe on October 23, 1992 from <br />5:00-7:00 p.m. for the "Spirit Rally on the Square" for the San <br />Marcos High School Ho~ecoming on consensus.
