9. The Engineer will review and coordinate work of sub - consultants to ensure quality products are delivered to the <br />City. The Engineer will also be responsible for the consistency and coordination between plans developed by <br />each sub - consultant on the design team. <br />10. Coordinate with private developer of Mill Street Crossing regarding placement of driveways and sidewalks. <br />XI. DELIVERABLES <br />Deliverables will follow the Scope of Services Checklist provided to the Engineer dated 20150727, and included as <br />a reference in Attachment. <br />XII.BID PHASE SERVICES <br />1. Prepare contract bid documents and proposals <br />2. Compile and issue addendums to the plan holders list. <br />3. Attend and coordinate a pre -bid conference. <br />4. Tabulate the bid totals and make a recommendation of award to the City. <br />XIII. CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES <br />1. Attend to preconstruction meeting. <br />2. Provide Submittal Review. <br />3. Provide Construction Observation, limited to 4 visits per month. Engineer will observe work being performed <br />and review with the City inspector. <br />4. Perform Final Walk through (2 visits). Includes RAS walk through for TAS requirements. <br />5.
