SPECIFICATIONS <br /> A. SCOPE: The Performing Party will provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, chemicals, <br /> supplies, supervision, and other items or services necessary to perform janitorial services as <br /> outlined below. <br /> B. QUALITY CONTROL: The Performing Party will establish a complete quality control <br /> program to assure the requirements of this contract are provided as specified. The program will <br /> include the following as a minimum: <br /> 1. An inspection system covering all services listed herein. This system will specify the <br /> areas to be inspected. <br /> 2. The methods for identifying deficiencies in the quality of services performed before the <br /> level of performance becomes unsatisfactory. <br /> 3. A file of all inspections conducted by the Performing Party and the corrective action <br /> taken. This documentation will be made available to the City's Contract Administrator <br /> upon request. <br /> C. KEYS: The Performing Party will establish and implement methods of ensuring that all keys <br /> issued by the City are not lost, misplaced, or used by unauthorized persons. No keys issued to <br /> the Performing Party may be duplicated. The Performing Party will immediately report any lost <br /> keys to the City's Contract Administrator. <br /> 2 <br />
