Consider approval of Resolution 2015-156R, authorizing the filing of a Grant <br />application with the Capital Area Council of Governments for a FY 2016-2017 <br />Regional Solid Waste Grants Program Grant in the amount of $8,550.00 for recycling <br />containers; pledging that if the City receives a grant award it will comply with the grant <br />requirements of CAPCOG, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality and the <br />State of Texas; authorizing the City Manager or his designee to act on behalf of the <br />City in all matters related to this grant application and any subsequent grant <br />agreements; and declaring an effective date. <br />9.
