Consider approval of Resolution 2015-156R, authorizing the filing of a Grant application with the Capital Area Council of Governments for a FY 2016-2017 Regional Solid Waste Grants Program Grant in the amount of $8,550.00 for recycling containers; pledging that if the City receives a grant award it will comply with the grant requirements of CAPCOG, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality and the State of Texas; authorizing the City Manager or his designee to act on behalf of the City in all matters related to this grant application and any subsequent grant agreements; and declaring an effective date. 9. Consider approval of Resolution 2015-157R, authorizing the filing of a Grant application with the Capital Area Council of Governments for a FY 2016-2017 Regional Solid Waste Grants Program Grant in the amount of $10,500.00 for household hazardous waste disposal costs; pledging that if the City receives a grant award it will comply with the grant requirements of CAPCOG, the Texas Commission City of San Marcos Page 4
