<br />121 <br />Regular Meeting April 27, 1992 Page 4 <br />Mayor Morris introduced the City Attorney's Report. Mr. Taylor <br />stated in regard to the Edwards Aquifer management dispute, the <br />Council has authorized the City to join in the suit. He stated the <br />endangered species suit has been rescheduled for August 10 in <br />Midland, and the Texas Water Commission may have some effect on the <br />use of the Edwards. <br />Mayor Morris introduced the City Council's Report. The Council had <br />no report. <br />Mayor Morris introduced an Executive Session pursuant to Article <br />6252-17, Section 2(e), V.A.C.S., to discuss matters where the duty <br />of the City Attorney to the City pursuant to the Code of <br />Professional Responsibility of the State Bar of Texas clearly <br />conflicts with Article 6252-17. Mr. Hernandez moved to adjourn into <br />Executive Session at 9:22 p.m. and Ms. Kissler seconded the motion, <br />which passed unanimously. <br />Ms. Kissler moved to reconvene at 10:15 p.m. and Mr. Plummer <br />seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br />The meeting adjourned at 10:16 p.m. on motion made by Mr. Guerra and <br />seconded by Mr. Hart. <br /> ~ot~}~ ~ <br />tf?~~ ð4 I~ <br />Rick Hernandez.
