Please list the amount and types of information normally contained in the <br /> board or commission agenda packets. <br /> Agenda cover sheet; minutes of previous meeting; land use amendment application: copies <br /> of public hearing notification letters and lists. if applicable; map showing the location of the <br /> property and surrounding property; letters or petitions from persons in favor of or opposed to <br /> the request, if submitted to staff prior to the packet deadline; staff report including analysis <br /> of the issues and staff recommendation. <br />4. What types of issues are most commonly dealt with by this ooJ.rd or <br /> commission? <br /> The Joint Meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission is held to help coordinate the work <br /> of two similar Commissions that are typically combined in most cities. The only matter the two <br /> act upon are land use amendments to the City's Master Plan. The Chaner calls for the Planning <br /> Commission to be responsible for all changes to the master plan. however. since the Zoning Commission <br /> handles land use changes through the zoning process, the Planning Commission has asked for the <br /> Zoning Commission's joint consideration of land U$e changes to the master plan. <br />5.
