Mr. Guerra moved to adjourn into <br />Executive Session at 10:05 p.m. and Mr. Moore seconded the motion, <br />which passed unanimously (Mr. Guerra left he meeting at 10:45 p.m.). <br /> <br />Ms. Kissler moved to reconvene at 11:22 p.m. and Mr. Hart seconded <br />the motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Mayor Morris introduced for consideration adoption of a Resolution, <br />the caption which was read as follows: <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS, ACCEPTING THE TERMS OF A PROPOSAL BY HAYNES AND BOONE <br />FOR LEGAL SERVICES RELATED TO A CIVIL SERVICE DEMOTION; <br />AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT; AND <br />DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />Ms. Kissler moved for adoption of the Resolution and Mr. Moore <br />seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Mayor Morris introduced a discussion regarding a request by Victoria <br />Bank and Trust Company to withhold termination of airport leases to <br />GT+3 Flight Operations, Inc. and direction to Staff. It was <br />consensus of Council for Staff to prepare a lease with the condition <br />Mr. Barry submit in writing to the City what he will do with the <br />transfer of liens. <br /> <br />The meeting adjourned at 11:30 p.m. on motion made by Mr. Hernandez <br />and seconded by Mr. Moore. <br /> <br />[~m~~ <br /> <br />Ronald K.
