Payment Schedule: <br />• The design and install an approximate 20kWh photovoltaic system as detailed in the specifications <br />in Section 3 of this document will be at no charge to San Marcos. <br />• The education kiosk will be an add alternative to the base project and will carry an allowance within <br />the contract for $7,500.00. The final cost must be agreed to prior to installation. <br />• Any change orders or additional work requested by San Marcos not covered in section a) above will <br />be charged to San Marcos. <br />• San Marcos will be billed monthly based upon work completed to date. <br />7. Project Site: <br />All work will take place at the City of San Marcos's Five Mile Dam Park located at 4440 Old S. Stagecoach <br />Trail, San Marcos, Texas 78666. <br />8. Address for Notice: <br />All notices shall be addressed to the LCRA via the Project Manager, with a copy to the LCRA Agent at the <br />address listed above.
