City Council Meeting Minutes December 15,2015 <br /> 11. Consider approval of Resolution 2015-178R, approving an amendment to the term <br /> sheet attached to Resolution 2014-143R regarding the advisability of the <br /> improvements in the Whisper Public Improvement District for the purpose of extending <br /> the date by which engineering and design of the improvements shall be submitted to <br /> the city for review; and declaring an effective date. <br /> A motion was made by Deputy Mayor Pro Tem Prewitt, seconded by Council <br /> Member Derrick, to approve Resolution 2015-178R. The motion carried by the <br /> following vote: <br /> For: 6- Mayor Guerrero, Mayor Pro-Tern Thomaides, Council Member Prather, Deputy <br /> Mayor Pro Tern Prewitt, Council Member Derrick and Council Member Gregson <br /> Against: 0 <br /> Absent: 1 - Council Member Hughson <br /> 12. Consider approval, by motion, of an Out of City Utility Extension request by Warren <br /> Realty, Ltd. for approximately 44.70 acres, more or less, out of the Henry Warnell <br /> Survey No. 21, located west of IH-35, along Posey Road, and provide direction to <br /> Staff. <br /> A motion was made by Council Member Gregson, seconded by Deputy Mayor <br /> Pro Tern Prewitt, that this Out of City Utility Extension be approved. The <br /> motion carried by the following vote: <br /> For: 6- Mayor Guerrero, Mayor Pro-Tern Thomaides, Council Member Prather, Deputy <br /> Mayor Pro Tern Prewitt, Council Member Derrick and Council Member Gregson <br /> Against: 0 <br /> Absent: 1 - Council Member Hughson <br /> 13.
