93 Regular Meeting September 5, 1995 Page 2 Mayor Morris moved to table consideration of the second reading of this Ordinance to the September 11 Regular Meeting and Mr. Cox seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mayor Morris requested the City Council be notified the Ordinance will be considered on September 11 with or without a full Council. Mayor Morris introduced for consideration approval of an Ordinance ~~ on second reading, the caption which was read as follows: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING EXHIBIT B TO SECTION 30-35 OF THE SAN MARCOS CODE OF ORDINANCES TO INCREASE SEWER RATES; INCLUDING PROCEDURAL PROVISIONS; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Mr. Cox moved for approval of the Ordinance on second reading and Mr. Mooney seconded the motion. On roll call the following vote was recorded: AYE: Morris, Cox. NAY: Mooney, Hernandez. ~ ABSTAIN: None. The motion failed. Council directed the Ordinance be reconsidered at the September 11 Meeting. Mayor Morris introduced for consideration an addendum, approval of an Ordinance on second reading, the caption which was read as follows: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING SECTION 31-3 OF.THE SAN MARCOS CODE OF ORDINANCES TO ALLOW AN ADDITIONAL MEMBER OF THE AIRPORT COMMISSION TO RESIDE OUTSIDE THE CITY; INCLUDING PROCEDURAL PROVISIONS AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Mr. Hernandez moved for approval of the Ordinance on second reading and Mr. Mooney seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.
