<br />ATTACHMENT A <br />Special Contract Provisions <br /> <br /> <br />Article 1: Period of Performance <br /> <br />April <br />The period of performance of this Solid Waste Interlocal Contract (hereafter, Contract) begins on <br />1, 2016February 28, 2017 <br /> and ends, unless sooner terminated under Attachment E, on . The <br />SUBCONTRACTOR has the time period shown above to complete the tasks as shown in Attachment B <br />of this Contract. The SUBCONTRACTOR may request in writing a time extension, but CAPCOG is <br />not obligated to provide the time extension. <br /> <br />Article 2: Scope of Services <br /> <br />All parties agree that City of San Marcos, in consideration of compensation hereinafter described, shall <br />provide as specifically described in the Special and General Provisions of this Solid Waste Interlocal <br /> <br />Contract, the services of: Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) Collection Event. <br /> <br />The SUBCONTRACTOR agrees to implement the Project according to the agreed upon budget in an <br />10,500 <br />amount not to exceed $ as detailed in Attachment D, Article 3 of this Contract. <br /> <br />Failure on the part of the SUBCONTRACTOR to comply with the conditions set forth in this Contract <br />shall be the basis for termination of the Contract and recovery of any unexpended or inappropriately <br />expended funds. <br /> <br />Article 3: CAPCOG Obligations <br /> <br />(a). Consideration <br /> <br />In consideration of full and satisfactory performance hereunder, CAPCOG will be liable to <br />SUBCONTRACTOR in an amount equal to the allowable costs defined in Uniform Grant <br />Management Standards (UGMS), Comptroller of Public Accounts, June, 2004 and incurred by <br />SUBCONTRACTOR in rendering such performance, subject to the following limitations: <br /> <br />1. <br />CAPCOG is not liable for expenditures made in violation of the Authorized Budget and <br />funding guidelines in Attachment D, which outline the standards which shall apply to the <br />ted <br />activities and expense categories as defined by the TCEQ. <br /> <br />2. <br />CAPCOG is not liable for any costs incurred by SUBCONTRACTOR in the performance of <br />this Contract which have not been billed to CAPCOG within thirty (30) days following <br />termination of this Contract. <br /> <br />3. <br />CAPCOG is not liable to SUBCONTRACTOR for costs incurred or performance rendered <br />by SUBCONTRACTOR for costs incurred by SUBCONTRACTOR before commencement <br />of this Contract or after termination of this Contract. <br /> <br />CAPCOG FY2016 <br /> <br /> <br />Ѝ <br />Solid Waste Interlocal Contract <br /> <br /> <br />
