<br />may arise. Ron Patterson advised of two specific cases which caused
<br />the Planning Commission to request the change. The Junior High site
<br />on Hunter Road would increase 2000 vehicle trips per day, and the
<br />City negotiated a change for a private road that will eventually
<br />connect to other roads in willow Creek. The other site was North of
<br />springtown where the owner wanted to enter the property through a
<br />strip narrower than fifty feet, and the Planning commission denied
<br />the request. On roll call the following vote was recorded:

<br />AYE: Moore, Mooney, Guerra, Cox, Hernandez.
<br />NAY: Hart, Morris.
<br />ABSTAIN: None.

<br />The Ordinance remains the same as adopted January 23, 1995.

<br />Mayor Morris introduced for consideration reconsideration of a
<br />Zoning Ordinance. No one wished to reconsider the Ordinance. The
<br />caption of the Ordinance reads as follows:

<br />TEXAS, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY BY REZONING

<br />Mayor Morris introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of
<br />the Regular Meeting held January 23, 1995, approval of two
<br />Ordinances on second reading, adoption of eight Ordinances on third
<br />and final reading, adoption of twelve Resolutions, and approval to
<br />change the city Council Regular Meeting date of Monday, March 13,
<br />1995 to Monday, March 6, 1995, at 7:30 p.m. on consensus (Item
<br />10.F., approval of appointment of new Assistant city Attorney by
<br />City Attorney removed from consensus agenda earlier in this meeting
<br />- see Page 1). The city Council removed Item 10.C. (6), adoption of
<br />an Ordinance on third and final reading, to be considered
<br />separately. Mr. Guerra moved for approval of the minutes of the
<br />Regular Meeting held January 23, 1995, for approval of the two
<br />Ordinances on second reading, for adoption of the remaining seven
<br />Ordinances on third and final reading, for adoption of twelve
<br />Resolutions and approval to change the city Council Regular Meeting
<br />date from March 13, 1995 to March 6, 1995 on consensus and Mr. Moore
<br />seconded the motion, which passed unanimously (Mr. Hart voting Nay
<br />to Item 10.B.[2]). The captions of these Ordinances and Resolutions
