" deleted; <br />B. in the first paragraph: <br />the words "on the Maturity Date specified above" shall be deleted and <br />the following will be inserted: "on August 15 in the years, in the principal <br />installments and bearing interest at the per annum rates set forth in the <br />following schedule: <br />Principal Interest <br />Years Installments Rates <br />(Information to be inserted from Section 3.02(b) hereof.) <br />C. In the second paragraph of the Initial Certificate, "initial" shall be <br />inserted before "Paying Agent /Registrar" in the first sentence, "executing the <br />registration certificate appearing hereon," shall be deleted and an additional <br />sentence shall be added to the paragraph as follows: "The initial Paying <br />Agent /Registrar is Regions Bank.
