CUSIP Registration. <br />The City may secure identification numbers through the CUSIP Service Bureau Division of <br />Standard & Poor's Corporation, and may authorize the printing of such numbers on the face of the <br />Certificates. It is expressly provided, however, that the presence or absence of CUSIP numbers on <br />the Certificates shall be ofno significance or effect as regards the legality thereof and neither the City <br />nor the attorneys approving said Certificates as to legality are to be held responsible for CUSIP <br />numbers incorrectly printed on the Certificates. <br />ARTICLE VII <br />SALE OF THE CERTIFICATES; CONTROL <br />AND DELIVERY OF THE CERTIFICATES <br />Section 7.01. Sale of Certificates Official Statement. <br />(a) The Certificates are hereby sold to the bidder whose bid produced the lowest true <br />interest cost, pursuant to the taking of public bids therefor, on this date, and shall be delivered to a <br />syndicate of the purchasers represented by Robert W. Baird & Co., Inc. (the "Purchaser ") at a price <br />of $37,184,262.26 (representing the par amount of the Certificates of $35,005,000.00 plus a <br />reoffering premium of $2,179,262.26). The Certificates shall initially be registered in the name of <br />Robert W. Baird & Co., Inc. <br />(b) The form and substance of the Official Statement for the Certificates and any <br />addenda, supplement or amendment thereto (the "Official Statement ") presented to and considered <br />at this meeting, is hereby in all respects approved and adopted, and the Preliminary Official <br />Statement is hereby confirmed as deemed final as of its date (except for the omission of pricing and <br />San Marcos CTRCO 2016: Ordinance 26 <br />
