<br />.=f 9 <br />RESOLUTION 1994-111R <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Marcos, Texas desires to receive bids <br />for the purchase of its $5,300,000 General Obligation Bonds, Series 1994 and $1,000,000 <br />Waterworks & Sewer System Revenue Bonds, Series 1994: <br />WHEREAS, First Southwest Company, Austin, Texas, has been authorized and requested <br />to prepare a Notice of Sale and Bidding Instructions, Official Bid Form and Official Statement <br />containing financial, economic and other data necessary and desirable to attract bids for said <br />Bonds; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS: <br />That the attached Notice of Sale and Bidding Instructions, Official Bid Form and Official <br />Statement relative to the City of San Marcos, Texas $5,300,000 General Obligation Bonds, <br />Series 1994 and $1,000,000 Waterworks & Sewer System Revenue Bonds, Series 1994, are <br />hereby approved, both as to form and content, and said First Southwest Company is authorized <br />to distribute said Notice of Sale and Bidding Instructions, Official Bid Form and Official <br />Statement to prospective biddt:l's ÍOf, and purchasers oÍ, the Bonds. <br />PASSED AND APPROVED this the 11th day of July, 1994, by the City Council of San <br />Marcos, Texas, convened in regular session with a lawful quorum present. ~ <br />]~fV\.~ <br />Mayor <br />A TrEST: <br />./t¡J~~<~ci! ~;'JI/ JJ <br />Lf J '" v <br />1/ City Secretary <br />
