City Council Meeting Minutes June 7, 2016 <br />and provide direction to Staff. <br />Rohit Vij, Senior Engineer, provided the Council with a presentation regarding <br />the Sessom Drive.Academy Street project. Following discussion the Council <br />provided direction to move forward with Alternative 1 - roundabout. <br />14. Receive a Staff presentation regarding a possible amendment to Section 4.3.4.2 of the Land <br />Development Code to increase the number of restaurant (restricted) Conditional Use Permits <br />in the Central Business Area, and provide direction to Staff. <br />Jared Miller, City Manager, provided the Council with an overview of the item <br />and a history regarding the current restaurant CUP cap. Following discussion <br />the Council provided direction to provide an amendment to the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission that would increase the number of restaurant restricted <br />CUPS in the CBA by 10. <br />VI. Question and Answer Session with Press and Public. <br />None. <br />VII.
