Consider approval of the following: <br />June 3, 2016 - Packet Meeting Workshop Minutes <br />June 7, 2016 - Regular Meeting Minutes <br />5. Ordinance 2016 -20, on the second of two readings, amending the Land Use Matrix <br />and Dimensional Standards in Chapter 4 of the City's Land Development Code to <br />modify the permitted conditional and prohibited uses and establish a four story <br />building height restriction within "P" Public and Institutional Zoning Districts; providing <br />a savings clause; providing for the repeal of any conflicting provisions; and providing <br />an effective date. <br />6. Resolution 2016 -75R, approving an agreement with Kimley -Horn and Associates, <br />Inc. for the provision of Parking Management Consulting Services in connection with <br />the implementation of a Parking Management Program in downtown San Marcos in <br />the not -to- exceed amount of $86,635.00 contingent upon the consultant's provision of <br />sufficient insurance in accordance with the attached agreement; authorizing the City <br />Manager or his designee to execute this agreement on behalf of the City; and <br />declaring an effective date. <br />City of San Marcos Page 9 <br />
