Consider approval of Resolution 2016 =76R, authorizing the submission of an <br />application to the U.S. Department of Justice, Bureau of Justice Assistance for a <br />Justice Assistance Grant in an amount not -to- exceed $15,096 to fund the purchase of <br />a total station surveying system for spatial documentation of criminal investigations <br />and serious vehicle collisions for the Police Department, authorizing the City Manager <br />or his designee to execute any and all documents as necessary to accept and <br />implement the Grant, if awarded; and declaring an effective date. <br />7. Consider approval of Resolution 2016 -77R, approving an Administrative Services <br />Agreement with United Healthcare Services, Inc. for the provision of medical, <br />pharmacy, dental, flexible spending accounts (FSA), retiree, online enrollment tool <br />and COBRA benefits administration in a total not -to- exceed amount of $2,803,337.00; <br />authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute this agreement on behalf of <br />the City; and declaring an effective date. <br />8. Consider approval of Resolution 2016 -78R, nominating Tom Taggart for <br />Reappointment as the City of San Marcos Area Representative to the South Central <br />Texas Regional Water Planning Group. <br />9. Consider approval of Resolution 2016 -79R, approving an agreement with Attorney <br />Arturo D. Rodriquez of the Russell & Rodriquez, LLP law firm for the provision of legal <br />services to protest the application of DMS Real Tree, LLC for a Texas Pollution <br />Discharge Elimination System Permit in the amount of $75,000 which includes an <br />increase of $25,000 above the previous not -to- exceed contract amount of $50,000; <br />ratifying the City Attorney's execution of the agreement on behalf of the City; <br />authorizing the City Attorney to execute authorization of the increase; and declaring <br />an effective date. <br />10. Consider approval of Resolution 2016 -80R, amending Resolution 2015 -80R which <br />authorized the City's acceptance of a grant from the Texas Department of <br />Transportation for the construction of T- Hangars and associated improvements at the <br />San Marcos Regional Airport to change the project reference from eight nested <br />T- Hangars to Hangar development; to increase the estimated project cost from <br />$755,000.00 to $816,667.00; to approve the City's expenditure of 10% of the total <br />project cost in local funds in the estimated amount of $81,667.00; to approve the <br />City of San Marcos Page 5 <br />
