1.7.2 Assist the City to identify potential new parking supply options, locations and project <br />estimated costs. <br />1.7.3 Develop parking lot and garage design guidelines. <br />1.8 TASK 8 PROGRAM BRANDING/MARKETING <br />/STRATEGIC COMMUNICATIONS PLAN <br />The Consultant will, in coordination with the City: <br />1.8.1 Develop a Project Communications Plan. <br />1.8.2 Develop Parking Plan Educational Campaign Recommendations. <br />1.8.3 Develop Public Relations and Communications Strategies. <br />1.8.4 Develop a Strategic Communications Plan for Parking Management Program <br />implementation. <br />1.9 TASK 9 - DRAFT AND FINAL REPORT <br />The Consultant will: <br />1.9.1 Prepare a draft report for City review and approval. In addition, the Consultant will <br />document the products of each task above and format in narrative, tables and graphics to clearly <br />communicate the salient information defining the Project with an executive summary. <br />1.9.2 Develop Project goals, philosophy, program and concepts into a Power Point for the City's <br />review and approval and presentation to the City Council. The City will receive a copy of the final <br />Power Point presentation. <br />1.9.3 Prepare a final report for City review and approval. The Consultant will provide the City with <br />a digital version and ten (10) hard copies of the final report. <br />1.10 ADDITIONAL SERVICES /CHANGE OR DELAY IN SERVICES/PROJECT <br />ASSUMTPIONS <br />1.10.1 The City may direct the Consultant to perform services outside of the scope of the Basic <br />Services described in Sections 1.1 through 1.9 above. The Consultant will submit a written <br />estimate of fees to the City and obtain the City's authorization before initiating any additional <br />services. <br />1. 10.2 Each material change (deletion or addition) in the services to be provided by the Consultant <br />Kimley -Horn and Associates, Inc.
