<br />-- <br /> <br /> <br />l . 69J <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Page 11 <br /> <br />expertise in making appointments to the planning commiooion and <br />zoning commission. <br /> <br />(d) Members of the commission shall serve without <br />compensation. <br /> <br />Sec. 7.03 Vacancies. <br /> <br />Vacancies occurring in the commissions shall be filled within <br />thirty (30) days by the council for the remainder of the <br />unexpired term. <br /> <br />Sec. 7.04. organization. <br /> <br />The commissions eaefi shall elect a chair from its membership <br />annually, and shall establish rules of procedure which shall <br />include the following: <br /> <br />(a) A quorum shall consist of a majority of the membership. <br /> <br />(b) The chair shall be entitled to vote upon any question. <br /> <br />(c) All meetings shall be open to the public. <br />~ <br /> <br />Sec. 7.05.
