Ms. Hughson moved for adoption of the Ordinance on third and final reading and to amend Item C. from 20% to 25% of absences so fractions wili not be involved in determining the number of days missed and Mr. Guerra seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Ms. Hughson moved for adoption of the Ordinance on third and final reading and Mr. Guerra seconded the motion. Ms. Hughson moved to amend 58.040 (a) to remove ". . on or from a city park. ." and insert ". . within the city limits. . " and j\.t~r. Mihalkanin seconded the motion. Mayor Moore stated he would like to see bird sanctuary signs at the city limits. Ms. Hughson stated she has other concerns regarding nuisance birds and other amendments are needed in the Ordinance. Mr. Guerra concurred and moved to table the Ordinance until the next Council meeting and Mr. Cox seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mr. Guerra moved for adoption of the Ordinance on third and final reading and Ms. Hughson seconded the motion. :vIr. Guerra asked Mr. Cobb if "Civic Club'" was specifically defined as non-profiL Mr. Cobb stated that it was not so defined in the Ordinance. Mr. Guerra moved to amend so the definition could become part of the Ordinance to state "non-prom: civic club fee'" and Mr. Cox seconded the motion. Mr. Hart asked the definition of "non-profit". Mr. Cobb asked how the Council would like him to handle churches. Mr. Guerra stated churches would not fall under non-profiL Mr. Taylor suggested giving some study time to the definition of - "ci vic club vs. non-protìt" Mr. Guerra withdrew his amendmenL Ms. Hughson moved to amend the Civic Club Fee to read from 11:30-1:30 for weekly meetings; swimming pools to read "Residents $2.00 and Non-Residents 53.00 - includes admittance fee"; under meeting rooms - "Residents and Non-Residents 2 hour minimal"; and under equipment - slide projector and screen 510.00 each and overhead projector and screen $10 each and yIr. Hart seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mr. Guerra moved to table the Ordinance for staff to review the issue and verbiage of "Civic Club vs. Non-Profit" and \ilr.
