Ms. Huffman stated the contractor has corrected all pending errors and will be <br /> responsible for any damage done to adjacent property. 2. Ms. Hughson stated she attended the <br /> Texas Department of Transportation Meeting regarding the Loop Board Dissolution. She stated <br /> she would also like all the Store Managers at the Outlet Mall to be notified of the wi.dening <br /> project of ill-35 at Centerpoint by August. Mayor Moore stated he would be sure the store <br /> owners were notified. 3. Ms. Hughson asked if there were any small parcels of parkland in the <br /> City to be undedicated because she \vould like Bill Taylor's request for the Upper San Marcos <br /> 'Watershed District to be put on the ballot next year. Council agreed. 4. Ms. Hughson stated she <br /> wants the Maxwell CCN issue taken care of so a situation such as Champ Bus Park will not <br /> happen again in the future. 5. Ms. Hughson asked when Elim's Water Rates were going to go <br /> down. Mr. Taylor stated when the contract with Prime Group is settled. 6. Mr. Hernandez <br /> asked if there was a sting operation during Cinco de Mayo for D\VI's. Chief Kendrick stated no. <br /> 7. Mr. Cox would like an update on the Downtown parking and enforcement at the next meeting. <br /> 8. Mr. Guerra requested an item on the next agenda regarding the process for naming parks and <br /> facilities. <br /> ;\Iayor Moore introduced an Executive Session pursuant to Government Code, Section 551.071, <br /> to discuss pending litigation (San ~brcos River Foundation vs. TNRCC) and matters where the <br /> City Attorney's ethical duty to the City clearly contlicts with Government C~de Chapter 55 I <br /> (development incentive proposal - Municipal Airport). Mr. Guerra moved to adjourn into <br /> Executive Session at I I :04 p.m. and ~Ir. Mihalkanin seconded the motion, which passed <br /> unanimously. <br /> Mr. Guerra moved to reconvene from Executive Session at 11:47 p.m. and Ms. Hughson <br /> seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> The meeting adjourned at I 1 :48 p.m. on motion made by ~Ir.
