<br /> <br />PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT STANDARDS FOR <br />BLANCO RIVERWALK PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT <br /> <br />Property: <br /> As de <br /> <br />Concept Plan: <br />As shown in Ordinance <br /> <br /> Standards. <br />1. The following uses, regulations <br />and requirements that vary from the requirements of other zoning districts and overlay <br />the base zoning district shall apply to the Property and the Project in order to result in <br />a higher quality development for the community. Except and unless expressly varied <br />by these PDD Standards, the Property and the Project shall be subject to all applicable <br />requirements of City of San Marcos ordinances, zoning regulations and Land <br /> , th <br /> <br /> Uses. <br />a.The following uses which vary from the Base Regulations shall be allowed, <br /> <br /> <br /> Prohibited Activities. <br />b. The following activities are prohibited: <br /> <br /> <br />1.any activity that is otherwise prohibited by the Governing Documents; <br /> <br />2.any dumping of rubbish; <br /> <br />3.any storage of <br /> <br />a.building materials except during the construction or renovation of a <br />Structure; <br /> <br />b.vehicles, except vehicles in a garage or Structure or operable <br />automobiles on a driveway or vehicles associated with a general <br />automobile dealership ; <br />or <br /> <br />c.unsightly objects unless completely shielded by a Structure; <br /> <br />4.any exploration for or extraction of minerals; <br /> <br />5.any keeping or raising of animals, livestock, or poultry; <br /> <br />6.the display of a sign except those approved by the City; <br /> <br />7.installing a mobile home, manufactured home, manufactured housing, motor <br />home, or house trailer on a Lot; <br /> <br />8.moving a previously constructed Structure onto a Lot; <br /> <br />9.interfering with a drainage pattern without City approval; <br /> <br />10.hunting and shooting; and <br /> <br />11.occupying a Structure that does not comply with the construction standards of <br />this PDD and all applicable City requirements. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
