Site Development Standards. <br />c. <br /> <br /> <br />1.Landscaping.Street trees shall be planted at an average rate of every 50 feet <br />along both sides of any right-of-way. Utility boxes, <br />transformers, meters and other equipment which must be located above ground <br />must be screened from view of public streets and parks with a solid wall to <br />match the material and color of the Structure it serves. Service and loading areas shall not <br />be visible from the streets and shall be screened from public view.
