Presentation and discussion regarding options for the use of City-owned property at <br /> 214 E. Hutchison Street. <br /> CONSENT AGENDA <br /> 4. Ordinance 2016-23, on the second of two readings, amending Section 4.3.4.2 of <br /> the Land Development Code to increase the limit on the number of restaurant type <br /> (restricted) conditional use permits for the sale of alcoholic beverages for on-premises <br /> consumption in the Central Business Area; providing a savings clause; providing for <br /> the repeal of any conflicting provisions; and providing an effective date. <br /> 6.
