City Council Meeting Minutes October 3,2016 <br /> For: 7- Mayor Guerrero, Mayor Pro-Tern Thomaides, Council Member Prather, Deputy <br /> Mayor Pro Tern Prewitt, Council Member Hughson, Council Member Derrick and <br /> Council Member Gregson <br /> Against: 0 <br /> 2. Consider adoption or direction to Staff on matters discussed in Executive Session. <br /> Council reconvened into Regular Session at 6:03 p.m. Staff was provided <br /> direction in executive session. <br /> PRESENTATIONS <br /> 3. Receive a Staff presentation of the Quarterly Investment and Financial Reports, and <br /> provide direction to Staff. <br /> Heather Hurlburt provided the Council with a presentation of the Quarterly <br /> Investment and Financial Reports. <br /> 4. Receive a Staff update regarding the status of the Watershed Protection Plan (WPP) and <br /> the Water Quality Protection Plan (WQPP), and provide direction to Staff. <br /> Melani Howard,Habitat Conservation Plan Manager,introduced Meredith <br /> Miller, Senior Program Coordinator for Watershed Services with the Meadows <br /> V Center for Water and the Environment,who presented the Council with an <br /> update regarding the status of the Watershed Protection Plan (WPP)and the <br /> Water Quality Protection Plan (WQPP). Staff provided that CodeSMTX will <br /> be included in the appendix of the WPP and WQPP. Staff will provide the <br /> Council with how many Water Quality Retrofits are the City's and how many <br /> are the University's. <br /> 6:00 PM <br /> V. 30 Minute Citizen Comment Period <br /> There were no citizen comments. <br /> CONSENT AGENDA <br /> A motion was made by Council Member Gregson,seconded by Deputy Mayor <br /> Pro Tern Prewitt,to approve the Consent Agenda consisting of Items#5-13. <br /> The motion carried by the following vote: <br /> For: 7- Mayor Guerrero, Mayor Pro-Tern Thomaides, Council Member Prather, Deputy <br /> Mayor Pro Tern Prewitt, Council Member Hughson, Council Member Derrick and <br /> Council Member Gregson <br /> Against: 0 <br /> City or Sen Memos Paget <br />
