"Service and Assessment Plan" or "SAP" or "Assessment Plan" means this Trace Public Improvement District Service and Assessment Plan (as such plan is amended, supplemented or updated from time to time) approved by the City Council in the first Assessment Ordinance. "Special Assessment(s)" means the assessments levied against properties in the District, as provided for in the applicable Assessment Order and in the Service and Assessment Plan, including any supplemental assessments or reallocation of assessments levied in accordance with Sections 372.019 and 372.020 of the PID Act. "Trustee" means the trustee under the Indenture, and any successor thereto permitted under such Indenture and any other Trustee under a future Indenture. 3
